As per ASAPS’s 2014 report, around 207,000 people in the U.S. opted for an eyelid surgery. In 2014, the number of people going under the knife for an eyelid surgery was 206,509, where as in 2013, 215,641 opted for it. When compared to the figures from 2000, when 327,514 people underwent the surgery, the figures showed a drop of 37 percentage. Interestingly, the surgery is still widely preferred all over the country and ranks fourth most popular cosmetic surgery in the US.
